Facilitation Fees
We currently have a 10% facilitation fee charged on all investor returns
during the development phase, this percentage will diminish over time with
greater adoption and development maturity. We reserve the right to publish
amended facilitation fees at all times.
No fees are charged to the lessees or anyone requesting upvotes.
(**) NETT APR is the total annualised return received by the lender after
facilitation fees and the one week delegation cooldown period have been factored in.
