Facilitation Fees We currently have a 10% facilitation fee charged on all lessor returns, this percentage will diminish over time with greater adoption. We reserve the right to publish amended facilitation fees at all times.
No fees are charged to the lessee or anyone requesting post promotion upvotes.
Renewals will be at the same weekly payment rate as the initial contract.

(**) NETT APR is the total annualised return received by the lessor after facilitation fees and the five day delegation cooldown period have both been factored in.
